Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment once with at least 24 hours’ notice. Further changes may incur a fee.
Arrival Time: Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled at the provider’s discretion.
